"Good doctors - awful receptionists"

I have been here since I was a young girl and there has always been lots of different receptionists coming and going, progressively getting ruder and ruder. The doctors have always been very good with my difficult health and side effects, but the receptionists have been nothing but belittling and rude. I had been told whilst asking for an emergency appointment that ‘she didn’t consider my problem an emergency’.

I didn’t ask for her personal opinion and it is an emergency. I had then been messed around with appointments and they were laughing as she booked me in on the wrong day. I was then told to wait till the end of the service before being seen. Disgusting Service unprofessional and they make people feel very intimidated.
