With such a shortage of doctors it’s amazing that they’ve managed to keep this branch open. It’s much appreciated. The Dr and receptionist look after us very well. The only problems I’ve ever had haven’t been the surgery’s fault- they’ve been caused by the hospital but the surgery have helped get to the bottom of it and sort it out. It takes a long time to get through on the phone but the new manager has told me that she’s ordered two extra phone lines to make it easier.
