"Thank you for your care"

I attended A and E last month with a suspected heart attack. I was taken straight to resus and from the start the care I received was fantastic.

I was given all the necessary drugs and treatment and everything was explained. I was in a state of shock as I’m fit and lead a healthy lifestyle so to be in this situation was terrifying. I was told I would go the the coronary care ward then be sent by ambulance to Wythenshawe for an angiogram which I had the next day then I returned to Macclesfield for a few days. The doctors and nurses were so kind and they put me at my ease straight away. Having a heart attack out of the blue has been the most scariest time ever but the nurses and rehab team have been amazing. The reason for the heart attack hasn’t been found and I will make a full recovery but I would like to thank everyone who I came into contact with for the care, help and support I received and the rehab team for ongoing care.
