"Nothing was too much trouble"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Was admitted as an emergency to Cardiac ward; they were expecting me. Seen Dr Bailey who told me where to go. That afternoon, had various tests and scans. The next morning, was visited by a doctor who said he would get my Pacemaker done by the weekend, just needed to do a scan to determine the best pacemaker for my heart. That afternoon, taken down for scan and then straight into have the pacemaker done, AMAZING SERVICE.

The next morning was told I was going home, But sadly due to the number of people going home, took them till 5pm to sort my discharge paperwork out.

But must say all your staff are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was pleasant, hard working and a pleasure to have looking after me.

Thank you all very much.
