"Cannot get through to Re arrange Biopsy..."

I have been calling Dermatolgy Dept Minor ops for two days to Re arrange an appointment, which I was advised to do by Consultant. Absoloutley impossible to cancel and 're arrange. If I don't turn up for appointment I will be Re moved from the list, but there seems to be no way to get the Dermatology Minor
Ops dept to answer any one of my numerous calls. I had a Hip Replacement 3 days ago so need to Re arrange appointment, but how? I have sent an Email and called 100 times. I do not live in Basildon, I also do not drive, so cannot drive to the Dept to cancel.HELP
