"Great service but terrible communications for..."

About: Guy's Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I was extremely impressed and pleased with my first consultation and treatment for capsulitis in my left shoulder earlier this year, when I was seen, diagnosed, and had a lift-changing very successful two cortisone&saline injections in to my left shoulder. That gave an amazingly fast improvement which soon allowed me to start cycling again, sleeping better, and lowered by blood pressure back to safe levels as a by-product.

I was seen for a follow up in June and was referred for one more injection to restore the rest of the mobility in my shoulder and arm. I left a voicemail in July chasing up the appointment, and have today rang 3 times and been unable to get through to anything but a full answerphone.

I now have a trapped nerve and muscle spasms keeping me awake which are complicated by the residual capsultitis.

The poor communications set up for follow up booking is a significant problem and I hope that someone could contact me to help.
