You can rarely book non-emergency appointments online.

Recently was offering appointments at another practice in Ilkley next day or a 4-week wait for a local appointment. Feels like you're part of an under-funded conglomerate rather than a patient.

My actual GP is great but the overall experience is the worst I've ever had on the NHS.
