After a 111 call we went to the out of hours team at Salisbury. The person on the counter at A&E was lovely, friendly, efficient and helpful. Similarly, the doctor and person supporting were excellent. We were in and out the place in 30 minutes. Low stress. Very professional treatment. Extremely grateful to them all.
