(as the patient),

I have literally just come from having minor surgery within the ambulatory department at Forth Valley and wanted to thank Kirsty, Pamela and Laura.   I had a small lump removed from my scalp and they all worked well as a team and made sure the operation went quickly and professionally.   They are a cheerful team that worked well together and the timescales they gave me were spot on.   They are brilliant at what they do

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback about your recent visit to our clinic. I have shared this with the team, it is reassuring when we hear stories like yours.

It can be an anxious time coming into hospital, we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed yet professional in the small theatre. The day passes much more pleasantly with a cheerful attitude and having a bit of chat while we work.
