The investigation was well organised and went well. My questions were answered and I was clearly advised on the next stages of the investigations. There was some confusion on my arrival as I had previously been sent a patient information pack for a flexible sigmoidoscopy rather than a cystoscopy. I had therefore prepared myself for the wrong investigation.
