"Pearson ward"

A few of the staff on Pearson ward I feel had power issues,from a senior member and below,I was severely I'll had never been in hospital and these two members of staff

completely ignored my pain and was quite rude to me , I was struggling to breath and in so much pain i found them lacking in sympathy and compassion, if only they had listened to me,as it was I had empyema and had an emergency operation at northern general Xmas eve,I will never forget the way these two "professional" members of staff spoke to me and doubted me,on the other a&e and markham ward were fantastic,Pearson ward should sit up and take note of how they treat their patients,we are human beings
