Accompanied my dad to ward 301 for a day case admission.
From the minute we arrived everyone was so helpful and pleasant. We were early and the ward was still being cleaned. The place looked immaculate.
Staff nurse Toni did the admission paperwork and was absolutely lovely. We then met Dave the anaesthetist, quickly follows by Mr Neilly who was performing the op. The whole process was swift and everyone was amazing. On way theatre the assistant made my dad feel very comfortable telling the odd joke.
Was given advice by Donna (bank staff nurse) before discharge and he was home by 3pm.
The same domestic was still there and the place looked very clean.
All in all an very positive experience and everyone so professional and made my dad feel at ease.
Thank you to all.
