"All-in-all couldn't be happier"

Arrived on time and went into the clinic almost straight away.

Nurse arrived and explained hat was going to happen and roughly how long it would take, with the added bonus of a cup of tea.

Tests took a little while but it takes as long as it takes, treatment was quick and relatively painless (in the grand scheme of things) with the added bonus of a second cup of tea, this more than made up for the unit of blood that had drained out of me.

First class experience all round, nurse explained what would happen next, when I needed to come back and what I needed to do, she even told me it was fine to wander off and grab a coffee and snack between appointments on my next visit and she would fit me in to break up the waiting time a little, which I thought was very understanding of her.

All in all couldn’t be happier.
