"Overworked and queues"

The receptionist is constantly busy so there is always a queue. Ringing can take several attempts. It is not helped by the fact that they want to dispense their own medications. So it means queuing to get your meds when the chemist across the road is very rarely busy. There should be a separate place to collect meds or they should just let the chemist deal with them.
