(as the patient),

Had an 11. 30am appointment for a minor op at Forth Valley hospital to remove a small skin tag from my chest. Arrived at 11. 05 and taken at 11. 20 which was good. Seen by Kirsty, who was performing the procedure, and Lauriann who was assisting. Both very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Was out by 11. 40 and with all information I required to know. Excellent service from start to finish and only thing missing was a cup of coffee and a biscuit 😊👍
