(as a service user),

From admission, utterly confused and afraid, my mother, who has Alzheimers, has been treated with utmost kindness and compassion by all members of staff. She is how calm and, as far as can be seen, contented. We, as a family, cannot praise the NHS enough.

Firstly, thank you for taking the time and effort to provide feedback via Care Opinion. It is always very welcoming to receive such positive and well deserved praise for the staff team at G1 Ward, who work incredibly hard under difficult circumstances to provide high standards of care. It is wonderful to hear your experience of how yourselves and your loved one have benefitted from the kind, considerate and compassionate ways of working that G1 Ward staff deliver day after day to such a vulnerable service user group.

Thank you for recognising the hard work and commitment this staff group work to achieve, to improve the quality of life for service users at G1.
