"Stayed late to fix my chair"

About: WestMARC (West of Scotland Mobility and Rehabilitation Centre)

(as a service user),

I was having problems with my wheelchair, the wheels needed fixing and the tyres had worn through.   I spoke with Maureen at WestMARC and arranged a home visit but I got confused and mixed up the dates.   I went out and when I got home I had a note to say I had missed the visit.   I rang Maureen again who was lovely and arranged another visit, Allen came back the same day and stayed late to fix my chair.   I am really grateful to both Maureen and Allen and thank them both.
