"Very poor quality of care and treatment"

About: Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust

I am under Victoria House Mental Health in Lowestoft and am very very concerned about the poor quality of care and treatment i have received. Firstly 3 years ago i found it difficult to actually access the service. I self referred to wellbeing and after a long while saw someone at business centre near Asda who totally underestimated my needs. I was in wellbeing service and recovery college which in my opnion is just a smoke screen to avoid people actually getting to the mental health service. Eventually after a long while and appointments at GP i actually got to victoria House. Again after a long wait i saw a health adviser who assessed my needs. Then after another long wait i saw a pschycatrist who went through symptoms and eventually after another appointment i was diagnosed with elements of borderline personality disorder, complex PTSD and OCD. I was put on Clipromine. Eventually he decided to discharge me however he referred me to Pschycology. I had clearly told him my then eork had paid for 8 sessions of EMDR therapy. After a couple of months my condition deterioated so i was rereferred and saw a young training doctor who clearly said i was being given a support worker in August 2018. To my amazement it got to the middle of September and i was told they had decided to discharge me without any of these promised things happening. I saw my GP again and was rereffered to them. Saw Pschyatrist confirmed full BPD but then there was a long wait till i started seeing Lead Professional this year on very few occassions. Went to see GP again as desperate prescribed Venlofaxine this year. Then in end of May beginning of June i tried to slash my wrists so got emergency appointment. The Doctor who saw me at Vic House strongly reccomended i be given alot more social support and upped the venlofaxine. He also reccomended i see the lead support worker more often. This has never happened as i see her once every 3 weeks for one hour which is not nearly enough. I had lost 2 jobs whilst under services and between March and May 2019 lost £92,000 gambling due to hearing voices and not in control of my mind. I am still waiting to see same Pscycatrist in August this year. I feel im still on wrong meds and support is diabolical. As of date i am writing this i have lost another job through not enough support from employer and mental health services. To be fair i have been making huge efforts to turn my life around. The very disapointing aspect is also the complete lack of social support. I am having to work when clearly not well enough. I am subject to full council tax charges even though im so unwell. My PIP application is taking ages. I receive no credit from the authorities to the fact i am actually working and not on benefits. I have been waiting to see this Pschyatrist for nearly a year. I think Victoria House Lowestoft is desperately unsafe and should be fully investigated for its terrible failings around my care. There is a complete lack of resources there
