I attended A&E last week after being sent by my GP. I was waiting for about 10 minutes to see the streaming nurse and then another 40 minutes to be seen. All the staff involved were amazing and so caring. And even though clearly very busy, there was one person in particular who kept popping in to check on me and was so reassuring and I felt really cared for and respected.
