"Bleeding during pregnancy"

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff on Ward 78. After recently having a bleed in my second trimester of pregnancy I have called the ward multiple times with questions and anxieties. Both nurses and healthcare assistants who have answered the phone have been so kind. Listening to my concerns, giving appropriate advice and actually asking how I am. They all seem to genuinely care how you are feeling and at a time of extreme stress it has made all the difference. Working as a nurse myself I know how busy you are on a ward and how difficult it can be when the phone is constantly going, however the staff have been so understanding and patient and if someone hasn’t been available to speak to they have always called me back in a timely manner.

They all seem really knowledgable and I feel confident that I have chosen the right hospital to look after me throughout my pregnancy. Thank you so much.
