"Very positive experience in A and E"

I brought my Mum to A and E recently , she was very unwell and is in her late 80s.

The service we had from every single NHS team member was outstanding and we were so reassured by the fantastic service we received. She was seen by a nurse quickly and allocated a clean quiet cubicle. We did not have to wait long to see a doctor.

Further waiting was understandable as she needed tests. We cannot thank the staff enough for their caring and efficient support at a worrying time .
