My first visit to Lister hospital was a kind and caring experience. Initially I was sent to SAU where I was assessed for surgery. I then went down for surgery after a short wait. I was moved down to ward 11B where I had an overnight stay. I was looked after by all the staff (day and night) they were AMAZING! I felt welcome and cared for in all the areas I had to go to throughout the hospital. Thank you to you all !
