"GP surgery. What GP!!!!"

My elderly mother has been registered at this Practice for over 20 years yet can not get an appointment on the day to see her GP.

I work full time and can only get to take my mother to the surgery in the evening however, the GP dose not see any patients after 3pm and only works 2 days a week!! This I find totally unacceptable. The website states surgery hours are between 8 and 6:30pm yet there is nobody there late afternoon. Looking at other reviews left it appears the Practice show little interest on what we the patients think as they don't bother to reply to any reviews

To sum up this surgery it is HORRENDOUS and should be closed if it cannot provide the service it is paid to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
