"Scan results"

About: Rotherham Hospital / Cardiology

I had a perfusion scan on the 19th of June 2019 and the 25 th of June. I was told that the results would come to me and my GP by letter in about 2 weeks time. I have not received any results after 50 days of worrying and 4 answer machine messages to the consultants secretary, who finally rang me back asking. ‘What do you want ?’ Dreadful attitude from this person. I was told that they were ‘catching up ‘ and to ask my GP for results as she couldn’t tell me over the phone. Fair enough but what about the letter I said. No we don’t do that it goes to your GP. Diabolical service. No concern for the patients.
