"Fantastic care and support throughout my stay"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary / Ophthalmology

I have just been to the eye hospital for Cataract surgery. From the moment of my arrival to departure I have been treated with dignity and helpfulness from every member of staff. I went in totally scared and everyone put me at ease. I elected to have help with relaxation and went to sleep which is truly wonderful.

Thank you to all staff, from the Clerical officer, domestic staff, auxiliary nurses, student nurses, staff nurses and Sister and most of all to the Consultant, and anaesthetist and staff in recovery.

I have a brighter eye and am looking forward to the next one.
