About: University Hospital Lewisham / Gynaecology

The nurses amazing.... the actually Drs well I felt that they need to be more undeserving to there patients I felt I was spoken to like a child and was told this what is going to happen come back in 5 yrs .... also how they made me feel about myself as if I don’t have enough going on very poor no consideration for my well being the department waiting area is quite depressing as well.

Thank you very much for this feedback, it has been passed onto the nursing team at UHL. We have also passed your comments onto the Lead Doctor for the Gynae services to share with their team.

It would be really helpful if you could contact the Patient Advice Liaison team (PALs) on pals.lewisham@nhs.net or 020 8333 3355, with your details as we would like to discuss the following points with you in more detail:

1) Whether you wish to raise a more formal concern or complaint about the care you received

2) If you do not wish to raise a concern or complaint formally then having your details will help us to direct any feedback more effectively to the correct member of staff

3) If possible we would also like to speak to you about how we can improve the waiting area for our patients
