"utterly useless"

About: Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road Campus)

Appointment was being set up for the next session in the outpatient clinic was so efficient but the issue that was agreed upon to be settled before the next appointment was so bad.My relative was asked to come back after 6 weeks for the MRI result but when the appt came after 6 weeks no results were in.We were asked to come back again after 4weeks.4weeks came and yes results were in .Accdg to the attending dr they will be referring my relative to a specialist by sending him the scans and we will be coming back with his recommendations.We Were asked again to come back in 6 weeks.6 weeks came but no recommendations were made.And to make further things worse my relatives last appointments notes were not in her file that makes the attending dr who is seeing my relative is guessing with his assesments and previous interventions which made me more anxious.
