"Thanks to the lovely staff"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Was dreading the colonoscopy but thanks to lovely staff especially Tammy and the other two nurses it wasn’t as bad as I thought. There were a couple of uncomfortable times as the endoscope was going round the bends but Tammy always reassured me as well .The day before with the Moviprep was worse. Many thanks to Mr Alishah and staff. Well done

Dear Macmerry

Thank you for your lovely feedback regarding your visit to the endoscopy unit and how the staff cared for you.

I have never undergone the procedure and can only imagine how uncomfortable it is and I am really pleased that Tammy and the team were able to provide reassurance and support you through the procedure.

I will ensure that the team are provided with your feedback and I know that this will mean a great deal to them.

I hope that you are on the road to recovery and wish you well.

Kind regards

John
