All the staff at the Amwell Practice are terrific. My doctor at the Amwell group practice is one of the most supportive, astonishing human beings alive.
The receptionists are really lovely.
Their telephone manner and their personal interactions are very welcoming and polite.
The administrator in the office is awesome too.
We live in the middle of London and honestly the support I get from the Amwell Group Practice is what you would expect in an idyllic tiny country village.
Our doctor has supported our family from the outset. Firstly, through the arrival of our first child and then our second.
My doctor herself is a mother and is brilliant to talk to about any issues that arise.
She is so approachable, warm and I truly feel I can share anything with her and that she will not judge me.
Yes, I leave her room always feeling better for having seen her.
And obviously on the medical front she is awesome too!
Also, if I have any physical worries about my children the Amwell Practice see them immediately.
My children have had all their injections there.
The nurse who administers the injections is very thorough and has a great sticker collection, which goes down well!
I thought my doctor was absolutely brilliant anyway but then my partner (our children’s father) had a major stroke nearly a year ago.
It is through this that I have seen quite how amazing she is.
I really do not know how I can quite say how extraordinary she has been.
She has looked after us in such an incredible manner it almost brings tears to my eyes.
She has visited my partner both at hospital and at home.
She has called me regularly to see how I am getting on.
She has supported me emotionally and she keeps a close eye on my partner through regular check-ups and up dates with his medicine and me.
I feel like one of the luckiest people in London having found the Amwell Group Practice.
All their staff are so supportive and amazing I could not recommend it enough.
