Dear Uhw6

Thank you for posting on behalf of the patient.

I am pleased to note that you found the nurses to be very kind and that they kept you up to date on your care plan. We aim to ensure that patients are fully involved in decision making in their care/treatment and it is excellent that this is happening.

I will pass on your comments to our catering department on the food and that the soup was particularly good.

I apologise re your wait at times for the toilet but note that you found the nurses were extremely busy, however this is not the standard of care we would expect and I will discuss this with the ward team

Thanks again for your comments

Regards

Janice
