"Outstanding level of care on Ward 52"

My 90 year old father was cared for on ward 52 for 4 days from July 23rd 2019. Although there was some initial confusion about his diagnosis and treatment, I must praise all the medical staff for the kindness and care with which he was treated throughout. I observed extra special efforts to help him to eat and drink, and to ensure that he was treated with dignity and respect.

I was also very grateful to the doctor & team leaders for explaining his treatment to me and answering all my questions when they were very busy.
