"A credit to the Acorn ward"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

Came in with my 23 month old daughter Ebony.

I just want to say what an incredibly lovely lady staff nurse Brigit is. Her kindness and care went above and beyond. She is an absolute credit to Acorn ward. I don’t think I’ve ever met such a genuine and caring member of staff in all the years I’ve been in and out f acorn with my children over the years.

What absolutely lovely things you say, thank you so much, I will make sure that this is passed onto Birgit. We know that it can be a difficult time when your little one has to come into hospital so we strive to make it relaxing and welcoming for you. It would be really good to know how this time has been positively different for you, so do let me know so we can learn.. Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us.
