"Broken toe visit to A and E dept"

visited A and E after breaking my toe. Did not have to wait long for triage, then was booked in and asked to wait. Waited probably 15 minutes, saw a doctor who sent me to X-ray

Short wait there. Back to doctor, no wait. Confirmed the break, taped it up, gave me advice, all in all I was in and out in an hour although the dept was busy. This dept has it spot on. Rush the urgent cases straight through but the minor cases get them in, seen and out quickly. Praise to all the staff who were very friendly and attentive
