(as a relative),

My mum spent 5 days on Ashton Ward in Kettering General Hospital where she had a total knee replacement, going in mum was very anxious but the staff was brilliant from the moment we got there. Nothing was too much trouble even though you are all run ragged but still had smile on your faces. I just want to thank especially  Matron Carla, and her wonderful staff especially Sister Reena, student nurse Edna and Physio Monica you are a credit to the Nhs  for taking amazing care of my mum. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am so pleased I work for such a caring and supportive trust.
