"MS Coffee Mornings"

About: Edgware Community Hospital / Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

(as the patient),

I have had Secondary Progressive MS since 1996. Bhawani has been my MS nurse for few years now but it wasn't until March 2019 when she started the MS Coffee Morning that I really got to know her . Bhawani is a very friendly caring person who clearly loves her work very much and this comes through every time I have attended the morning. Her  positive attitude is equally shared by all her colleagues and this makes the morning slides through without anyone even noticing how the 2 hours finish. By attending I have got to know my MS is not something I should be worried about but instead   learn to live with it by making the most of all the services available to me which I wasn't even aware off.

I look forward to every last Friday of the month. There are no words enough to thank Bhawani and her troupe for all their efforts in making each morning special .

God bless all.
