I visited the Accident and Emergency at Moorfields City Rd Branch on the 24th July at 5.45 pm, I arrived feeling very anxious and worried. I left at 7.35pm with a diagnoses and appropriate medication.I was seen by 5 members of staff who were professional, gracious, attentive and who understood my concern and worry. I am most grateful and greatly appreciate their care and kindness. NHS at its very best. Thank you.
