I am sorry you are unhappy with your visit to the surgery today. Patients are required to arrive on time for appointments to allow the surgeries to run smoothly. Any patients arriving late are marked as arriving into surgery and it is up to the clinicians discretion as to whether a patient is seen or not. The GP was happy to see you however you would have to wait which you declined to do.

I hope you can understand if every patient arrived 5 minutes late the last patient of the surgery would be seen over an hour late and we try extremely hard to maintain a waiting time of under 15 minutes when possible.
