"In and out with a referral to ENT at LGI :)"

I attended at my local A&E department and waited 5 hours without being seen. I reattended and saw the queue was bigger so as a last resort I tried St George's and was very glad I did. I had a suspected broken nose and had left it a week to let the swelling go down as advised by the pharmacist. After a week I was worried it needed resetting and may be effecting my breathing. I attended at around 10am on a weekday and waited around 20 minutes before being seen by a lovely nurse who provided me with a referral to LGI's ENT. I attended at LGI and a doctor gave me local anaesthetic before manipulating my nose slightly to ease it into shape. I felt reassured and glad I attended. I just wish I had attended there in the first place! Thank you.
