"Music on hold"

About: North Manchester General Hospital / Infectious diseases

After being on hold for over 20 minutes and repeatedly listening to the opening sequence of Mozart's Eine kleine Nachtmusik again and again and again, it's making me want to call Mental health services instead. It's ironic but if you're not well, the NHS unknowingly has ways to increase your anger/anxiety and make your condition worse. The same applies to my GP whose music in the surgery is also not relaxing. It's a simple and beneficial change to make. PS: The song is twice a minute, so I've now listened to it over 40 times.
