Our 3 year old daughter spent some time at A&E tonight after getting her finger jammed in her toy toaster. It was stuck for quite a while & she was very distressed & we couldn’t fix the situation on our own. All of the staff at A&E were lovely, we were taken quickly & the doctor was so lovely with her (can’t remember her name sorry). The 2 ladies at x-ray were also great & the receptionist who booked us in as well. Our girl was delighted to see her x-ray & enjoyed her ice lolly (thank you). A little fractured finger tip, and the toaster is now in the bin!
Think it’s really important to highlight what a great job all of the staff do!
Thank you!
