"Cataract surgery experience at L&D and..."

Whilst not being someone who usually submits a review as a result of the amazing outcome I felt I should by way of thanking all involved. When I removed the pad over my eye the following day I just could not believe how well I could see through the eye that had been operated on. Absolutely amazing!

So a big THANK YOU to all involved and particularly the consultant for doing a great job.

Whilst the journey to point of surgery seemed arduous, in terms of time, my experiences at L&D with both the Eye Clinic, for Pre-Operative Health Check, and the Eye Day Surgery Unit were excellent. As well as being friendly the all the staff that I came into contact with in both depts were supportive and informative about matters prior to, during and after surgery.With the whole process being supported with appropriate literature/information particularly the yellow booklet titled Cataract surgery.
