"How rude doctors are."

I had major spine surgery and recently I’ve been in such a bad pain that I can’t walk for more than 2 minutes without having to stop, I live on the top floor and there’s no lift in the building, I can’t go up and down the stairs now because of the pain, I called my GP because obviously the pain is too strong and the doctor was so rude that I wouldn’t wish on anyone to even THINK about coming to this practice, I’m a 18 year old girl who just had major spine surgery down her whole back from my neck to my lower back and when I called this doctor about my pain now her exact replies were that I shouldn’t be calling about something that I’ve called before and if I have physiotherapy booked I shouldn’t even call at all. (Keep in mind my physiotherapy is a month). She indirectly just told me not to call again and just deal with it for a month .. now imagine having to deal with not being able to walk, to up and down the stairs, sleep comfortably for a whole month with 2 metal rods and 18 screws on your back. I also explained to her another problem I was having with my headaches and she told me I shouldn’t even bother calling if I haven’t been on the medication for 3 months. I was given a medication for my migraines that I’ve had before and didn’t help in the past, and when I called about it she didn’t even care just told me I should have it for 3 months when THEY give it. (Also keep in mind I had fainting problems in the past because of my migraines, I’d faint regularly everyday) so when a type of medication isn’t working for me it should be changed for something that does, especially if I already know that type of medication won’t do a difference as I’ve tried it before in the past. Honestly, I wouldn’t wish on anyone to go through what I had to go through.. especially now with how doctors are at this practice.
