Just wanted to mention some positive feedback.  Firstly, the Opthalmology department at Solihull Hospital.  Very busy department - and yes there is a wait when you are at your appointment due to all the different tests people are having, but you are warned of this in the appointment letter. Despite this I noticed people harrassing staff about the time they had waited. The staff are lovely and as efficient as possible. 

Secondly, radiology. Another hugely busy department but all the staff are lovely and get the job done as quickly as possible.  I have been a patient in the radiology department of another hospital but Solihull is by far the best.
