"Staff where very rude to me"

About: The Laurels Surgery

I have tried to register here because I live just across the road.

the online registering is ridiculously difficult or doesn't work. Why does the NHS introduce a system that doesn't work?? I am not IT illiterate. I work in IT. It's been impossible and staff at front desk where rude to me. Very frustrated I have to go further out. I guess it's their way of turning away new patients.
