"Outpatient ENT Clinic Appointment"

About: George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust

First time I have had an outpatient appointment at George Eliot. I booked the appointment online myself from a GP referal. I have to admit, George Eliot was my 4th choice of hospital, but seen as it offered the earliest date for an appointment I took it, and I am glad that I did. The wait time was just over 30 mins which was not ideal. The consultant was brilliant; very polite, humourous and friendly. Nursing staff were all very helpful, friendly and polite. I had a very minor proceedure and staff were great. I suffer from anxiety and felt a little uneasy and the definitly looked after me! No complaints about quality of care - I will happily come back for outpatient appointments in the future. Thank you to the staff in the outpatient department.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your outpatient visit. I'm sorry that you had a longer than expected wait but very pleased that you felt looked after and put at ease. We will make sure your comments are fed back to our outpatient team.
