That surgery is terrible. You can't ever get an appointment, or they will straight away send you to walk in centre. I have been an "patient" there for 6 years, and thank fate i get ill rarely, but i have been ignored, sent away or asked to pay 80£ for a service that according to their own price list costs 25£. At one point i was told that "you're old, so what you expect" when i came to ask about troublke breathing. It was blocked airway btw, not my age (i'm in forties now). Avoid signing up there, they just take your share from NHS and don't care at all.

We are sorry that your are unhappy with the service provided by our practice.

We, like many other surgeries know that we need need to improve our access.

At the moment all staff are under going 'Active Signpost Training', this is when a patient is directed to the most appropriate Healthcare Professional which is not always a GP.

We Hope to be starting this sign posting once all the staff have completed their training.
