"It is impossible to get an appointment"

I have always had a problem getting an appointment here. I always stay on the line in the queue then I get cut of when I'm one to go. The way the staff speak to you is not needed and more appointments need to become available.

Dear patient

We have recently had a new telephone system installed which should improve your experience whilst contacting the surgery to make an appointment.

We offer an online booking system where appointments are available to book in advance from 6pm each evening (please contact reception to register for this facility).

Going forward we will be making 25% of our appointments bookable online, we will advertise on our website when this is due to start.

We thank you for your feedback as we are always looking at ways to improve the services we provide for our patients.
