(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was admitted to the ward after suffering from febrile convulsions and I have to say the staff on the ward were absolutely amazing, out of all the hospitals I have been to this one has to be the best for professionalism and friendliness, can’t thank them enough for the care they showed my daughter.

Our team is so grateful to you for taking the time to feedback to us today following your experience on our Children's Unit.

We do not under-estimate how terrifying it is to see your child having a febrile convulsion and being unwell. I hope that your daughter is feeling much better now and has fully recovered.
