I went for my first physio appointment today and I have left feeling worthless. I have knee problems and have previously had 2 operations. Yes I'm overweight but I am trying to do something about it and I don't need to be made to feel like absolute rubbish about it. Why is everything put down to weight.? I suffer with anxiety and depression and today has really upset me. I'm human and I have feelings.
