I felt compelled to write after having a very positive experience! I needed to book a non urgent appointment with a female doctor and the receptionist was very lovely and accommodating. She offered me several options and didn’t get cross when I kept changing my mind. One of the GP’s even popped out and said hello! What a friendly practice.
